Does anybody have any information or any sources where I could get as much information on this as possible. I am currently residing in Europe and taxes in our country are pretty steep. Our business is doing a decent revenue and I want to open up or buy a company in a tax haven country. I've heard there's a way of buying a company in Panama and then redesigning it to your activity.

If there are any experts on this here I am of course willling to pay for a consultation.
I am willing to also study all of this by mself as well but I'd need some pointers on where to start.

If the active business operations are based in Europe, they are also taxed there.
It does not matter whether it is in a tax heaven or not.

Start by looking at the tax treaties between your country and other countries.
You can open a company in a tax haven, but if your country of origin has a tax treaty with the country you're moving to, you'll continue to pay tax in your country of origin.

Find a company that specialises in this area (foundation of offshore companies), if you have a good revenue I don't think paying a couple hundreds of euro would matter that much to get advice from experts, there are many countries where you can create a company and you don't even have to put your name there... Usually their fee is a just a bit higher than the legal requirements you would still need to pay if you were to do it alone.

What else do you need to know? Do you have a general idea how to transfer profit from the company to your account, etc.?

What exactly do you mean by that. We're running a marketing agency and we deal with clients all over the world. We're all working remotely, but I wanted to open up an office. Would that not be possible?

That's a good start. Thanks for the tip. Any idea where one might get that information. I have read this guy's tax country index ( https://nomadcapitalist.com/ ) and my country lists quite high.

Yes, I wouldn't hesitate paying someone for consultation or even the whole set up but I don't know any realiable sources for this. Our business is quite delicate tho. I do not have a general idea on how to transfer profit from the company to my account, but I do understand I'm going to be taxed for this by my country.

It is possible to open a branch legally, but you need to find out how to transfer the bulk of the business.

Honestly? A tax lawyer or a lawyer specialising in private international law. I'm very wary of websites that offer turnkey solutions for setting up companies abroad.
Otherwise, I've got a suggestion: why not simply canvass expatriates in your country? On Facebook, there are lots of groups like "Brits in Spain" and they generally have the right information.

Come to think of it, have you looked at Malta? All the streamers have moved there because taxation is absolutely ridiculous compared to the Scandinavian countries and France.
On the other hand, keep one very important thing in mind: most (not all!) of the places classified as tax havens are also states where corruption is rife. Whatever you save in tax or social security contributions will be used to pay bribes, one way or another.

Of course that would be possible.
You can set up a company anywhere in the world & rent an office.

This is more about "permanent establishment"
For example, if you live in Spain and carry out your work there, the company will be taxable there.

There are of course enough methods to avoid taxation, but they are associated with high costs and/or relocation.

There are many possibilities, it is best to talk to a tax advisor about this.

Talk to an offshore accounting specialist lol.
Not some random BHW members.

This guy is good and also does consulting:

Nomadcapitalist his services are very expensive and probably not feasible for the theme creator.
However, if the money is there, this is certainly a good choice.

lot of trouble coming. If you have already a company within the EU they will high probably ask for an exit tax.
Next is if you live in the EU and decissions are made within the EU they treat your company like its located in the EU.
Next step is not only your company but your personal tax residency.
The easy years are gone. Now its very complicated to stay compliance with all the rules and control mechanism

btw Nomadcapitalist is a rip off and most important way outdated and bad solutions
