    Hello,

Due to complications with receiving payments and overall making deals with clients from US i have decided to get my company opened in US besides my main country, now i have a big doubt, how to do that.
Basically there is a lot of web sites which offer various services for opening companies in US, getting you a bank account and debit card, even tax advices etc., but i do not know which one to trust ? Their prices aren't high, it costs around $1500-$2000 to get a LLC company together with banking stuff, but i still don't know who should i trust, so if somebody of you have recently opened a company via some of the services available online please share your experience.

    Thanks !

There are a lot of services out there to get you a legit LLC started. You chose the state, etc., this isn't an issue. But as for getting you a bank account without your physical presence. . I'd say its questionable at best.

People generally open the company in Delaware, when it comes to offshoring in the US. You dont need any third party to help you, the process is rather simple.

The only question you need to ask yourself, is do you really want the US laws headache? May be EU company will suffice for your needs?

Honestly i am fine with my company registered in my local country in Europe, but the problem is reputation in the eyes of US clients, sometimes when i arrange the whole job, agree the deal, price, everything and everyone seems happy, but once i deliver them the company and wire transfer details, they come back like "oh wow, you are not from US, we are not really interested in working with the companies outside US bye bye", that literally happens.
That's why i would like to have company registered in US besides my local country so i could give them the invoice and details of the company in US once i have US clients.

I see. From my experience, the only real problem with US company you're going to face is the bank account. You will need to visit US to open one.

It will be much easier to open a branch of your company in US and have your bank account in EU. For example, you may use a bank that has branches both in US and EU.

Opening a company in the USA is not the largest headache you are going to face and is generally due process. But finding a bank that
is going to allow you to open an account without physically standing there is another subject all together.

Offshore means little to no taxes right? I didn't know the U.S had one, I thought it was very rare to find.

Which bank will open accounts for non-residents with a U.S. company?
