I am looking for an expert that could provide me with feedback on the following questions.

Can US Citizen open and own 100 percent of a business in Romania?
What is the minimum investment required?
How long does it usually take and is there strict requirements?
How should an adult webcam business be setup (I was told to register it under modeling agencies)

Around 200 RON (approximately 45 USD) for an SRL (Limited Liability Company), if i'm not mistaken
A few weeks, and requirements include company registration, tax identification, and potential industry-specific permits
For an adult webcam business, registering it as a modeling agency can be a viable option

You can but to make it legal you need to have at least a specific setup in Romania and you should make a branch in the US if you manage it from there
