Use Cyprus company for EU market. Payments to non-resident shareholders are tax free. Use any offshore company as a shareholder.

All my activity is in the US market and Cyprus now has 15% tax rate of net income.
I have done a little research and to open an company in Cyprus with nominee directors and share holders will cost me about 6k$.
Also i have research for Panama and there are no taxes for income outside of Panama, the cost is about the half 2500$ around.
However i am still looking for suggestions/advices
    Thanks in advance

US taxes are not bad (especially delaware).
Otherwise panama is a good pick too.

Panama, Seychelles, Belize, HongKong, Mauritius are best countries for offshore companies.

opening an offshore company in panama is the next best thing since sliced bread! except the annual fee, there's zero cost in taxes if you do business outside Panama. also, you don't have to do any accountancy, plus you can get payments from EU (slightly possible with any other offshore country except Cyprus). your anonynimity is granted by their Corporation Law from 1927, so not even their government could know your name (except in some very fishy occassions). you can get nominal directors, so your signature appears nowhere. as anonymous shareholder, you will be the owner of the company. you will get papers from the company formation lawyer, so you will appear just as an authorized person, not neccessarily an employee.

pick any other country for banking, I'd say go with any non EU country you find stable. you will thank me later. try to stay away from Swiss banks, especially if an US citizen. pick some nice bank which offers online banking and an ATM card for money withdrawal. this will ease your business activities.

    hope this helped...

Panama is no longer a good country for US citizens to bank in for the purpose of hiding income. Some banks in Panama won't even open a bank account for a US citizen any more.

Using a Delaware LLC only stops you from paying state income taxes which aren't the high ones to begin with. The federal taxes are the ones you have to worry about and you can't avoid those with a Delaware LLC if you live in the U.S. (Although since he's from Greece, I'm not sure how that would all work out.)

You have to go off shore to avoid the federal taxes here in the U.S. though. And like scubasteve said, Panama is no longer a good place to do it. I heard that their books are now open to the U.S. government just like how the Swiss banks are now.

    Thanks and rep added...

How many people do I need to setup a company in Panama...

Can the company has only 1 person ?
Me as owner and shareholder at the same time... Or Do I need some other people as well ?

Why should I pick another country for banking ?
Is there any issue with panama banks ?

I don't care if it's open to U.S government,as long as they don't do that for Greece
The company can have only 1 person
If you don't want your name to be appeared anywhere,i would suggest to put nominee (another person) as director and shareholder but you will still own the company

Panama is the best as no exposure of owners or directors, but costlier.

    About $600 /year

My choice is a Belize company with a bank account in Cyprus. Belize is probably the cheapest jurisdiction. You can have all the usual privacy there, nominee director & shareholder etc.

Did you set it all up yourself, or did you hire a company to handle it all for you?
