Couples working in a studio are considered pornography and the studio owner and the performers can be arrested but I haven't heard of this occurring at any time over the last 4 years. It is regulated by Law 196/2003 (Law on the Prevention and Combat of Pornography; published in the Official Gazette 342/20 May 2003), subsequently amended by Law 496/2004.

I live here also and interlops are actively looking to take advantage of the weak and unknowing. I have built or helped to build live cam (videochat) studios in Buc, Iasi & Constanta and can give you name and location of more than 500 and less than 1% of those pay any tax but they almost all pay spaga to someone! The wage tax is one of the highest I have encountered and I have had businesses in the USA and Costa Rica, El Salvador Mexico, and Paraguay. The tax on payroll for Accident and Risk, Health etc is the single reason more than 60% of all employees are black workers.

Hello, I have recently been offered an opportunity to get into this by a friend in Romania. Since I do not know much about it, I decided to make some researches and came across your post. According to my friend it seems to easy to be true. Can I have your advise please. I am based in the UK and looking the ROI from some articles, I more than interested but would like to know more. All is easy on paper problems happen in the real world. The basics of a webcam/videochat studio are pretty simple but managing a group of cam girls is much like trying to herd cats. You said you were offered to get in this business by a Romanian , remember many here in RO have a HUGE appetite for other peoples money. Also forget the articles most are written by someone that has never even been inside a real studio.

Never open any business abroad without being there. A flight to Romania from the UK is nothing, wizzair do cheap tickets. Make sure you have some boeuf salad whilst visiting
