Yes, maybe try the massage schools if you are looking for serious girls that know the trade. The guys I know is usually guys with wifes that get their friends that works in happy massage places to our country and open up rings of multiple places. Most of the places lasts for 5-10 years before they get shut down here. A shitload of cash is being made in those places though. From $50 the girls gets $10 per customer, no hourly pay. They usually work from around 9AM to 9PM every day.
