    Hi,

I want to open a bank account either in Moldova or Romania.
I want to know what do I need?
Also, I am not living there, will it work?
    I try to avoid taxes.

    Thanks!

I suggest Moldavia, this country is not in the EU.

Tax Avoiding Strategies 101 : You're doing it wrong already.

Find a contact. Open a LTD costs like 500 euros tops, declare it as doing internet advertising, pump cash from a PP account into the main account of the LTD, pay the taxes (19% VAT, 16 % per yearly profit etc) pay the mule get ur money back. May require travelling.

BUT beware of - Mule turning into a scammer, Officials... keep in mind that they are not just a bunch of retards.

    Good luck :)

Not true. Try to leak more than 1000e from/to a bank account and they will block your funds until you declare the source. FELONY! ^^

once the money goes into a bank account, You need to explain where it comes from.
the government can freeze your account and just take out what ever they want.

To open an account you have to go there in person, bring your passport.
To withdraw money, You can do it over the internet, or by card, buy you have to pick up your pin number in person, so you will need to be in the country for a week, or make a second trip within 3 months

    1. The govt won't check your shit unless they are notified by the bank. The bank will shut you off.

    2. You will need to be registered as living there (shitloads of paperwork for Romania). Unless you have a physical address you won't be able to open any account.

the romanian government probably doesn't have the resources to chase individuals for their money and/or the agents are afraid of belligerent poor people publicly decapitating them.

same thing in philippines, only businesses pay taxes and then only when chased for it.

If taxes were 10 to 15 %, I wouldnt mind..
But paying 30 percent, hell no
Whats the point? when you have people working for you and taking already 50 percent
then you end up with nothing

    • Thanks Thanks x 1

You know there is a big issue. All wires from the EU goes through a center which is based in Basel i guess. So you are leaving a big footprint and they can charge you for tax fraud till 20 years back
