I know how to open multiple firefox istances but I would like to have different cookies folder for each istances. I mean: when I delete cookies from istances #1 it will be deleted just cookies related to this Firefox istance and the istance #2 cookies won't be removed.

    How is that possible?

Either this, this or this depending on OS etc.

One of these should do what you're after.

Try setting up different profiles. Run separate instances with its own profile and it should do what you're looking for.

Best way is to set up firefox profiles. Assign each one a shortcut, and you can now launch completely different browsers at a click.

yep, simply make separate profiles for each instance and make a desktop shortcut. I am doing that from very long and all works just great :)

Get portable apps, it will keep things separated. Makes life so much easier.

Is this only for USB, or could I use multiple profiles on Windows?
