Open Cart MAJOR bug

Hi there

I downloaded Opencart 1.5.1.3 and installed it.

I have setup a nice online shop now. However, problem is that oc is FULL of errors. Some of them I already fixed, but biggest problem remains. Customers CANNOT send their orders!!!

You can go to checkout, then register or order direct (guest checkout), you can go until the last step (accepting terms and conditions), but then if you click on continue, this is what you will get



So this is a shop where you cannot order, just like a car without a steering wheel.
OC forums won't help ....

I own an open cart website and I've tested the order function - it works ok !

Better uninstall and reinstall. I also own opencart and it works well
