onpage SEO website check script

Hi guys, been a while since my last post.
Hope anyone of you can help me out with this one.

I'm looking for a script that checks the users onpage seo.
you could say a clone from sites like:

seositecheckup.com or seoptimer.com
you get the picture..

anyone know if there is something like this available? or what it would cost to create something like this? I have a few SEO domains that i want to host this on, to create leads for a "main" website specialized in webdesign/online marketing.
