I see many websites that have only the keyword in the title is maybe one trick to rank well on first page?

Having the keyword in the title is a good start with on-page seo but it is not a magic bullet. Rather just a very tiny piece of the pie.

Sorry you don't understand what i would say
some website have only one word in title and this word is the keyword
is good for seo put only one word in title?

Having the keyword in title is a "must" if you are really serious about competing for a keyword term.

By itself, It doesn't guarantee first page rankings. Keyword in the title tells the search engines right off the bat what your website is about.

If you don't have it, you would have to create a good number of backlinks with proper anchor-text to have the same effect (to be placed in the right search results).

I want to say that the title is
only one word

for example:

Title:

4 slice toaster

Description:
4 slice toaster bla bla bla

Sorry, you posted that when I was writing my post.

I don't like the idea of having one word keyword in the title. I prefer using two or three keyword phrases.
EX.: 4 slice toaster | 4 slice toaster discount

As far as my experience goes, this type of title has given me better overall results than with just one keyword.

Usually combining the top keywords for a specific niche.:)
