Are only .COM/NET/ORG TLDs worth getting if my aim is domain flipping?

I recently found a great domain with great metrics and backlinks but it has a yearly cost of 65€ (.je) and as such instead of throwing out 65€ and hoping it sells I would love to know if someone has experience in flipping domains with uncommon TLDs.

    The domain has:
DA PA TF CF RD BLs
    28 39 19 24 101 449

And it even has links from authority sites such as:
    25 links from bbc.co.uk
    20 links from bbc.com
    2 links from nifty.com

and even 59 links from the country/state/island website (jersey.com)

Would it be worth picking up?

Are you sure it's not spammed? Can you register the domain without having to be in the country itself?

Yes 100% sure. It was used by a company and was only dropped by them recently

Not sure about the country thing though

Yes but it isn't really a niche website.

All the articles in bbc were written about this company

Make sure that you can register it without having to be in the country, as there was another domain on here with decent authority that couldn't be registered since you had to be in Singapore.

I know that most ccTLDs require you to be a citizen of that country in order to register the domain. Its hard to flip IMO

You should check if you have to a resident of that country. But some companies provided act as agents for people interested in buying such domains.
