    Hello BHW,

    My questions are:

    - what offshore country would be the best regarding domain privacy, with the lowest risk of being shut down
    - what are recommended offshore merchant providers that are willing to work with high risk startups
    - are there any merchant providers that don't require letters of incorporation/business licenses, and if not what country is recommended for a business like this to be incorporated in without violating their local jurisdiction

any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to PM if some of the information is confidential based on conflicts of interest. I'm also open to JV with anyone with an offshore merch account. Thanks.

Well well, here we go again.. You will not find a any VALID payment processor doing credit card processing or any kind of payment processing for replica business. What you will find are some shady 3rd party billers that will mix your transactions with legit transactions and cross their fingers that Visa / MC won't shut this MID down! Sooner or later it will happen and everyone including you will cry and call them SCAM and FRAUD!

Believe me that finding a offshore jurisdiction for your "business" won't be your problem, to stay in business will be your biggest problem. You need a lot of backup websites and agreements to get long term in this. There are millions to earn if doing right so if you just can stay in business for 3 or 5 weeks and you are lucky enough to receive your first payment from what ever processor you find, then you should be doing good.

I woud look at your competition and see what they are doing.. the PM's you will receive here including any replies will not help you long term..

Anyway all the best for the future and good luck with your venture. May you be lucky enough to get your first payout

    Ruthsam is right.

You maybe can use a 3nd party without any company, someone i know did this, but like Ruthsam said, dont think you will always see your money, almost every year you will lose all your balance which is 1month of work + 10% (chargeback rolling reserve), soooo get ready for this.

Open an offshore company should not be that's hard if you want to, just lie a bit and present a different website than you will use, you will not get any direct merchant account i believe you still need a shady 3rd party, so bank will not realise what business you are in since 0 chargeback will pop up on their side (only with 3nd party). I don't believe their is any juridiction in the world who will accept replica business clearly, and if one bank do so, you should be worried to lose everything like i said with 3rd party payment processor.

Maybe i'm wrong... And oh... Don't use GSPAY :D good advice.

    RuthSam,

I have read a lot of your posts regarding this business/industry and I have reason to believe that you know a solution or a few solutions.

I completely agree with you, I'm not about to launch my website by accepting paypal in US soil and risk the feds showing up at my door. The "business" is looked at with negative perceptions, but you can't completely disregard a 300 billion dollar industry.

Regarding the advertisements on your signature post: I don't know if you are affiliates with Cyprus Bank account, or you actually own a Belize offshore merchant service company, but what are my chances to get accepted with you?

Well, I took a decision for some time ago that I won't sell anything on BHW but only provide some free advise and comment some of the threads here which seems to be obvious to be written or comment by people with comercial interest and who twist their threads and comment so it looks like something professional (or something that should help people) but just want you to buy there service one way or another.

Unfortunately it seems that many BHW users are noobs in most part of the Internet not just SEO, Blackhat and business in General but seems to be missing groundbreaking sense of business, thus are fooled into something they don't want while others have spend their half of their 16 years old live reading an forum and think they are Guros.

My signature is for rent to anyone who want's to pay, that's the only thing I sell here, so what you see are 2 guys who rent my signature and I'm not affiliate with them in anyway. That said, I'm old enough to have had a a few businesses since 2000! 2 of them were larger credit card processing company's (big in my country, not compareable with CCBILL, or WorldPay etc.) where we handled high risk merchants on a daily basis, so I have seen a lot and know a lot, even the game has changed a little it's still the same it needs to win and lose.

There is no Belize offshore merchant service provider that will take on your business, what you may want to look into is Instabill, yes they have lots of negative reviews, but hey, 80% of their merchants are pharmacy and online casino's and similar ultra high risk business. Visa and MC are smashing them and freeze such MIDs.

Instabill are scammers, stay out from there. Do a search online for a forum that is only about merchants accounts.
