This person has some pretty unsavoury stuff written about a family member which comes up when you search for their name. I've been asked if I can put this to the back pages. The stuff is written in newspapers but as it is a persons name it isn't overly competitive. What's the best way to approach this and will SEO on a few EMD will work?

If you have loads of experience in this type of thing, PM what you would charge as it would be easier for me to pay someone elsei

Yeah this is pretty straight forward stuff - I had a company that needed the first page fixing for their brand.

Make a short list of the ones you want to disappear and drop some negative SEO on them - then create a few propertys to replace them on the front page, perhaps a squidoo lense etc and gently link them. Depends how competitive the name phrase is as some do have competition.

Thanks, any tips on what negative SEO you would do? I don't want to get it wrong and start promoting the link!
