Online creditcard ?

I need an additional Paypal account, and because Paypal only accept one creditcard per user I then need to get one of those you can have online.

Netspend.com only alows U.S user. Anyone have have another suggestion for europeians?

If you can find a prepaid debit/gift card by Via or american Express, those work.
