Ongoing SEO outsource needed - long term business relationship possible

I'll start with a bit of background; We are a U.S. based multi-channel marketing firm specializing in "bricks and mortar" businesses. We build custom, multi-channel integrated programs involving print, online and third screen (mobile) marketing.

SEO is one of the services we offer for the online channel and we have two very good SEO gurus on staff, however we currently have more work than we can handle and we are getting backed up. Rather than hire another full time person, we are looking to outsource our SEO needs. We are looking for high quality whitehat only SEO services. Someone experienced with ranking sites on Google for highly competitive keywords using 100% legitimate, methods that we can verify with reports to our clients. You need to have examples of your work and be willing to sign an ND/NC agreement.

This could be an ongoing, long-term position for the right person with a monthly salary paid through Paypal. Your location does not matter but you need to be able to read / write English well and excellent communication via IM and email is imperative.
