One Thing I Do To Stay Happy And Positive

This is one of my inventions(for myself of course) to stay happy. Though it is something most people already do. I called it my invention to stay happy because I usually got depressed, and had a mood swing problem. In my journey I discovered that remembering past achievements and results makes me happy, no matter what mood I was in. (Actually I tried a few methods to make me happy but here is one of them).

So, here is what I did to keep that alive. I Set Easily Achievable But Useful, Short-Term Goals. This goal could be daily, weekly, or monthly goals. But they have to be easy to achieve, but useful. Goals like "Reading two books on Self-esteem This week・and "Next week Read two books on the Mind."・Or "Learn one marketable skill this month."・And "Find one way to increase my income in two months." etc

All these results get in my memory and make me fill better about myself. You should try it. Getting Results Makes You Happy. Thanks for reading.

Nice sharing. Personally, I always think about my nearest and dearest to stay motivative
 
nice share, but reading is too much for me. maybe it will do with watching movies or cleaning my room?

I’m doing small goals too on a daily and weekly basis with MinimaList app. I just kept forgetting things so this app really came in handy for me. I feel more productive, more focus, and always get things done.
 
You have one life, just live it in your way, may be you'll die tomorrow or after 2 days.
All having problems with you which you can't sort out, so just let it be.. Do what you want to do..

I created a group on Whatsapp, with both my mobiles. I type whatever needs to be done, and whichever mobile I carry, it has that. No need of separate app
 
Thats nice ,i will try it as i have problems with staying positive .I hope it will work in my case also

You are right ! Set Easily Achievable But Useful, Short-Term Goals may be effective to stay positive, because our brain will achieve endorphins and feel safe. Thanks for your ideas here. i'll definitely try it, for today it will be - write 2 pages of my history project
