On my wordpress I have only one site (landing page).
On sitemap i also only one main site,

Does it hurt SEO or something when you have only 1 site?? Top 1 on my keyword
    has 3 sites.

I have installed all in one seo plugin, and also did on site page optimization following the tutorial.

Oh, and can I use same description and tags on the page and also on the post?

Your question is not clear man. Do you want to build one pages site?

No, he's saying his site consists of one page.

And I don't believe Google will devalue your content if it's good, but obviously people want a dozen eggs when they buy a carton of them. You'd have better luck with ranking*s* if you added more content than hoping your one page was optimized perfectly and anticipating that it'll be and stay on top of the SERPs.

It's possible to rank with only a page, no problem! If you your content is good and you have done on-site optimisation you should not having any problem! Of course it depends what your competitors do, if they have plenty of content and are updating their sites all the time
it's harder. But with strong backlink profile you could outrank them! It all depends on what you wan't to do.
