One of my Youtube channel got suspended in ny account, can I still use the others?

The others works fine, monetization enabled, earnings etc... just when I click to switch between channels I see "suspeded account" for one, is it possible to delete it from the list?
And also, am I allowed to still use youtube and the others channels in the account after 1 channel gets suspended?

Yes as from I believe. Why it banned?
