Basically I have a website that I developed hugely back when the whole "employment opportunity"/CPA thing was a big hit on Craigslist (and BHW). The lengths that I went to to make this company "legit" is pretty insane because I thought at the time that someday I would develop it more and make the biz "real". I mean, I saw the site ideas (using that method) shared on BHW and they were really bad, so I figured I could make the big bucks by spending some time and money on development. The site ended up looking like a legit employment co, better than the real ones (pat on back).

I integrated CPAs, like credit report, education and other offers into the application (which was huge and elaborate). I then would send these employment "tests" which were more CPAs, so my conversions were like literally 1000 in a day, everyday. I even meant to sell the leads at some point to WAH companies.

So, WTF is the problem, you ask?

The shit of it was/is that I really never knew how to cover my tracks and after getting paid once or twice only to be banned later from a couple of big networks, I decided that this BH stuff wasn't for me, and I then went back to white-hat. I still do fine, but now I have this website that I don't even use anymore. It just sits there. I could try to learn the art of "getting away with it", but for real. I don't even know if anyone even does the whole Employment-CPA deal anymore. I surly have not heard shit about it here in the last while and CL has definitely cut into those that used to do it.

I mean, is this even workable? sellable? JVable?

1000 leads/day? wow that would surely put you in the spotlight, followed by the hammer if you did not cover your tracks well.

I would definitely get it running again, although stay under the radar, spread out your earnings and use CPA-R plugin to cover your ass/tracks.

Not that many leads per day. I was making upward of 1000 dollars per day. Like I said; I was not too good at covering my tracks and I did kind of go from 0 to "in the green in a big way" overnight, so maybe that had something to do with the bans too.

Do you know of anyone still running this method (and is profitable). I fucked up once and managed to get my accounts back. That's the thing. I really don't know anything about "covering my ass". It matters with this sort of method.

Someone just PMed me that there is an affiliate program that takes traffic like this, but again; I wouldn't know exactly how to cover my tracks so as to keep leads quality. Ideas?

Yes, I do but they have nearly 100 accounts and cover their ass very well.

I would suggest to find 7-8 offers from different networks and slowly send them 1-2 sales/day.Do not dump 30+ sales/day to 1 offer, just stick with 1-2 signups for now and over time, gradually send a few more/day but the most important is covering your tracks,so i would fake the referrer with CPA-R.

yeah, I went from no money to A LOT. I showed 2000 in two days for a CC offer to one AM (so he would approve my app for an advertiser I needed) and at first payout he was like "show me a landing page" for that offer you have been running. I didn't have one to show, so he booted me from the advertiser. So I am guessing even the network guy was just a little BH, but couldn't cover my ass for me so that I could run a second round, but at least I banked in round 1.

CPA-R is supposed to do that, but I never used it. I was blanking the referrer. Guess it wasn't good enough.

I am looking into that CPA-R again. Maybe I can turn the flow of cash on again...

I can a ton of leads for biz opp offers/employment but I need to outsource it as I'm in Canada (not from CL).

This is a USA/CAN operation. That's a play on the name "amerINSOURCE"
Get it?

It works if you have US & CAN offers.

Yes, but the US was hit a LOT harder and therefore the job market holds more opportunity.

That is true. Basically the US has been hit so hard that people are crazy for ANY job. Employment agencies are overflowing here in Orlando. I went to the KFC drivethrough and there were like 13 people on the corner yelling "how many do you need" (as in laborers) and I was like "I need chicken". Everyone is looking for extra income. It's nuts.

Anyway, shoot me a PM and we'll see what's up. I am going to lunch though so I won't be back for about an hour. Talk to you and respond to everyone else then.

I had all night to think about it and I came up with an idea of how to monetize this website, but would it work?
Like I said, of all of the employment sites I have seen around (here), none of them even closely resemble something of legitimacy and I think that's why this particular site worked so well with the employment->CPA method.
So maybe I could package this website and sell it unbranded. Like the forms and applications and of course the website. Everything ready to go, but the domain, company name and hosting. Any ideas on how much something like this could go for - & if their would be some staying power?

LOL! You totally ripped off my site! Not that I care now, of course. I even let the domain drop. But everything from the wordpress theme to the job descriptions, down to the "Apply Now" buttons are a direct rip-off. Except, of course, you stuck up an uglier banner. haha.

Your "time and money on development" that you put in was just stealing it. Too funny!

Nice site. Looks professional and legit.

The idea (originally) was to get the leads and then sell them online, (it's in the fine print), but I became to lazy to create another site and found easy money directing people to CPAs. Again, at the time, BHW was amok with people running that method on CL, so I was like, "WTH?"

Maybe the money now would be in developing it further and actually selling work at home leads, like I intended to, but who know's?
