Just curious if any experienced member can help a newbie out and have a look at my website. I have been trying to optimize it according to PHPbuilts guide and have yet to make any improvements in the SERPs. I don't know if I'm being impatient as this is my first site I just wanted to know if my on-page SEO had something fundamentally wrong with it. If you don't mind checking just reply to the thread and I will PM you or PM me as I don't really want my niche too widely advertised.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks

Send it over and I'll have a look but Google can be slow in picking up on site changes and re-ranking your site accordingly, the best way is to be patient and not to change to much too fast, that way you'll know what works and what doesn't.

Keep a note of your changes as it makes pin pointing what works a whole lot easier!

Rather than offering to look at it, SEO Quake Toolbar offers a great keyword density analysis tool. You can also try this tool: http://www.webconfs.com/keyword-density-checker.php

Over optimization is the entire point of PHP's thread, so that's all you really need to diagnose.
