So finally after few weeks of waiting, one of my two sites has everything but "Service suspended" page gone from site:<domain>, so am I now good to repost that content to my new blogs? Or does Google keep some secret cache a bit longer than this?

As far as I know there is no cache of deindexed sites. I think it would be too costly to keep a separate cache of pages that have already been de-indexed. It's probably pretty safe to repost the content now.

My impression as well, just checking up. Thanks, few months of "free" content coming right up then ;)
