Old ebay account made in 2006

So what's so great about old accounts? I remembered the user/pass of a account from 2006 and I see the odd posts that they are great?

I just looked around for a little bit on google, but didn't find anything. One person was trying to buy old ebay accounts, but not much else. My account is a little bit older than yours, and I would also be interested in knowing if there is any special value to the old ones.
 
Im sure I read somewhere about payment options but I see nothing set in stone
 
Simple, You wont be treated like a Newbie if you have an Old Account!

You wont be facing a hold on your funds until a feedback is placed, or No holds for bigger amounts, so and so!

You will be treated like you are aged in Ebay! :) Newbies has a lot of limitations on listing, transactions etc! You both will be free from all those!

I disagree with what's being said about being treated better because of your perfect feedback and age of acct, that is if you are talking about the Eb@y staff, rules, and regulations. My acct is over 10 years old and I have over 700 all pos feedback. If you do a lot of transactions, or if the number of transactions you do spike, you will be looked into and made to jump thru a lot of hoops to get limitations removed from your account. You have to build your account activity up over that time. If your acct is basically dormant for 5 years and you all of a sudden are doing 30 $100 a day transactions, you will have limitations placed on your acct. They will ask you to verify everything, basically accuse you of wrong doing without any proof despite the perfect feedback and praise you receive. An aged acct is nice for your buyers to see, but it's not a free pass to do what you will.

Well, the real reason why people search for AGED ACCOUNTS is because back then, PAYPAL was optional and you could have your listings live by simply adding your CC information.

Rules have changed later requiring PAYPAL as an obligatory.
 
If you have ebay account with good reviews and its old then you will get good value from someone who is starting new business
 
I need a aged ebay account, with no sellers limits! any one have one?

Yeah i def disagree with this. I used to do quite a bit of selling on eBay and age doesnt really matter. Of course, with age it looks better, but feedback matters way more. If you have a 10 year account with not that much feedback, you will still have limitations, guaranteed. It depends on your selling volume, etc. If you sell alot they remove your limits. But if its a random spike in sales, they will def look into it.
