Wordpress is free blogging software. And what do you mean you've heard good and bad things about most of them? Just go with some of the well known ones: Peerfly, MaxBounty, *******, EWA, Neverblue, etc.

Right, I'm gonna take it for granted that you 'haven't' got a site set up yet, contrary to what your post says above. If I could provide you with some words of wisdom, being new'ish to this business myself, then start off with a simple wordpress site, which is free, forget about cpa for a while and concentrate on your sites content, then add some kinda monetary value; whether it's cpa or anything else.

I may go against the grain of other peeps here, but my advice is to get used to building that site (niche) of yours; get a following, then look at cpa and that other stuff. It may just be my view here, but it looks like you're looking to make a quick buck. It ain't gonna happen like that.

    I agree with this.

Why submitting an application for a CPA network if you still don't have a site with targeted traffic?
