OK, so i ready to sell my ecommerce website

Im about to ready to sell one of my e commerce websites. Where are some good websites where I can list this website for sale and ho do i find out what is a good price for my website. Right now it gets over 700 visitors a day and has a PR rank of 2 and generates over 13k gross a month.
If anybody wanna be my "agent" and help me sale it i will gave you a certain percentage.. Pm me

If it generates 13k a month why do you want to sell it?

maintenance required? if so, explain...
 
Yeah, it does depend on the amount of work required to maintain the website and the cost associated to it.

It may however be a good candidate for ebay or dp.

Geez, I'd love to make 13K a month - But what are the costs?
 
Wasnt it you, CPUGeek, who had opened a "How to make money online on autopilot" kind of a thread. I seriously don't find any reason of asking how to make money on autopilot , when you are already netting $13k a month :p :D

I have some serious question marks in my mind :p lol....whatever...its only my 2 cents ;)

Try sitepoint's marketplace, or you could post on ebay's "businesses for sale" category

As for how to value your website, maybe take a look at all the websites/businesses that have been sold on sitepoint. Look at their monthly revenues/profits, and compare this with the final sale price.

i.e. a site generating $1,000/month in profit might sell for $10,000, or in other words 10 times the monthly profit. Have a look at sites similar to yours to get a general idea. Good luck. Hope you don't need to go to jail mate.
