create landing page websites or offer on the online markets
what product/service to offer. some that already exists +20% or so profit margin.
outsource stuff if possible
offer a product for a certain price. you dont own it yet, but you offer it nonetheless. create buy links, when they click it they can enter their paypal or credit card or so details
when they buy it, i get a notification. i then buy from the supplier for cheaper than they paid and send it directly to them, or first to me, then to them, idk. keep the difference as profit

ok then its time to spam, advertise, be omnipresent, get traffic, even get affiliates and influencers to promote your product, but thats above my current capabilities
