ok i have main site but question about backlinks...

ok i have a main site .. let call it domain.com. its not indexed on google yet but i have a few other sites that are and they have a link to this domain.com.

anyway i'm trying to do seo and i'm wondering what to do. should i make a bunch of pages that post the link to my main site? or should i make some more pages that post to my main site, and back link those pages?

basically should i make a bunch of sites that point to domain.com or should i make a bunch of sites that point to domain.com and then backlink those sites?
