Most "High PR Link Networks" are total malarkey. I've been scanning site after site, mapping networks of prospective "Hi PR Networks" to buy links from and none of them are providing value worth the fee. Some of them can't even optimize or link to their own site.

Is it so much to ask for some decent high PR links to round out my websites portfolio? I don't won't anymore of this spammy garbage.

second agree here...but I found something cheaper that worth the money, but please do not pm about it... I`m just saying that if you search on all forums on backlinks you can find quality services.

Of course they suck. They bring more profit if they suck. Plus, most people are noobs they just throw money on anything that looks good because they don't know how to analyze.
