Guys my childhood was spent in DeKalb. I have my sweet memories I relish and want to share with you all.It was my second home!!! All those living in USA do tell me guys.Do kids still hug each other, give a toothie smile with freckles and share sandwitches.Do they still sell cookies and run after popsickles. Are the summers still that bright with rush to beaches for a sunbath, are the winters still that mysterious, with snowmans and skating, Do the young hearts still beat to the tune of "Lemon tree is very pretty..." and "now I cant get a home...five hundred miles" sitting in parks adorned with autumn, with the sun filtering through the leaves with a golden hue.Do kids still relish the candies at halloween, and young girls, sing caroles and bite their lips at impure thoughts. Are the highways still that bright after a downpour, with pine trees.Do you still enjoy redwoods and Lion Safaries.Do you still ride appolo in science centres. Is the Niagra Falls still that splendid, do couples still share sweet memories with guitars? Do children still idolize Superman and Wonder Woman. I really enjoyed long drives, K-Marts, and my bright YO-Yos.And of course Disney Land and its"Its a small World After all.Life was sweet worryless and my smile with braces always got me what I wanted,However I had given the dentist a real tough time of his life. I really enjoyed "Flinkstone" " Bugs Bunny" and "Speed Racer".They were my favorites.I also enjoyed my cereals with gifts inside.Jump in my bubble bath,Enjoyed my toys, and yes Haloween and Crismas were my favorites.Besides Santa at the Departmental Stores I used to hand socks and wish for my favorite Toys, only to find the next day.I was an ardent believer in tooth fairies and Peter Pan.I really longed to meet Tinkerbell with Wendy and of Course Peterpan inm Never Never Land and shut my tiny eyes at the sight of Captain Hook.Memories are sweet, makes my heart beat, It was age of innocence and love with Superman always beating up Luthor at the End. :raiinbow::hello::affection:apple::snowwave: but I still could never leave Never Never Land.I am Grown Up have a family, but at heart I am the same old Kid, who could never grow up from the dream world of Never Never Land. I wish to see America once again, so much must have changed. But before I die I will surely visit the Country where my sweet memories dwell !!!
