So I know most of these threads result in flaming in one way or another. However, you do get to SPAM the hell out of someone in the end if you so choose...so take it easy on me lol.

I'll try to make this as short and detailed as possible. My mother in law married someone some years back, they split up (still legally married) for some years, got back together and tried to work it out. She moved him in off the streets to do so, he doesn't work and has no ambition to either due to his Bi-polar disorder...which honestly in his case I think he milks it as much as he can (no offense to anyone who suffers from said disorder, you would have to know the guy).

He lived with her for about 8 months all the while spending money they didn't have. He even committed bank fraud by placing an empty envelope through the deposit slot and then withdrawing said money (or something like that idk..w/e just DON'T do it) to buy crack cocaine!? (Don't do that either!) So once she found out about the bank fraud she pretty much kicked him out. He wound up sleeping in his Bronco on the side of the road and got picked up by the PD and taken to the hospital (vague on exactly why).

They then ran some blood tests etc and that's how we found out about the crack cocaine. At this point the divorce was sealed obviously. (Papers have been processed, just waiting on a court date now) They had acquired aforementioned Bronco through my mother in laws tax returns, but put both names on the title. They also have both their names on a Jeep Wrangler.

Just last week this guy steals the Wrangler while my mother in law is out and about with a new guy friend of hers. He tells her she can't have it back until she lets him get some stuff of his out of the garage (which she has told him he can have back after the divorce.) So he overheats the engine and drops it back off at her house. At this point I told her to at least start using one of those stupid "club" things, which she did.

Well, this guy comes back tonight (while my wife is on the phone with her mother) and tries to take the jeep again. (By the way I live in San Diego and my mother in law is north of Sacramento if your wondering why I haven't just gone over there) Since the club was installed he tried to tear off the steering wheel (WTF?) and winds up doing damage to the door (again WTF?). I guess at some point my mother in law tried to pull him out of the vehicle by his shirt (which could be construed as assault) So he tells her that he needs to hand over the keys to the Bronco or he'll press charges (fucking coward).

So, she hands him the keys...and a little while later winds up realizing that her wallet/purse thing is missing (which she normally keeps in the Jeep.) A little while later she gets a call from the guy and sure enough he has it. Sadly, there is nothing the police can do about the situation because they are "married" and his name is on the title of both vehicles. According to the law, since they are married he has every right to her wallet as well?!?!?!

So now this crack head has her Bronco...and her wallet with a freshly cashed checks worth of cash in it (at least a few hundred bucks).

I was wondering if anyone might be interested in knowing his email address or facebook/myspace profile? I would say cell too but its currently out of service. :( Short of calling up some old friends and having him hurt there isn't much I can do at the moment. Besides, my friends and I aren't teenagers anymore and conspiracy and assault charges don't sit well on an adult record. (Dammit I'm a pussy these days.)

So if you feel like sending some fun stuff to a total fucking douche, please let me know. I don't know if it's wise to post info like that publicly when the law is already kind of involved.. or am I just paranoid?

I usually hate the drama threads...but I had to tell someone...this is just fucked up.

I think you should find someone with a gun and a fearless sense of justice.

Eh, on the legal side of things you'd want to not harass him like this. Although I'd suggest having your mom shoot the fucker in the head next time she sees him stealing stuff.

Edit: Like Andre09 said... I'll do it for $5.

Yeah, thats why I decided not to post anything in public. I have seen and heard enough cases that kind of touch on the same basis.
