It is important that we help the newbie's even tough they annoy sometimes but balance has to stay we need to help them learn because they represent the beginning and if there's no beginning there can't be anything beyond.

and one thing you don't have to forget Be Patience, have a strong and cool head to face what you have been doing .. cos if your effort don't make a fast result just wait it and keep implement it .. if you keep doing it constantly eventually your effort will result.. trust me on this..
