Anyone knows how to get the best quality Chatters for OFM tired of these lazy unproductive chatters
I’ve found out the hard way that the only way to get chatters that are super effective is by paying them a good %.

Whatever you don’t cheap out they are essential to the whole business and your earnings. If they don’t have an incentive they won’t put any effort
 
Try Filipinos: top-tier English, cheap rates, and they understand Western culture well.
 
It seems to me like theres two real options, either go with Western chatters and give up more pay for (most likely) better results or take the time to train up those from lower income countries, either way both take work!
 
Anyone has decent answer for this? I have no problems giving higher % just so people can milk them naughty fuckers
 
Have a decent system of filtering candidates with a decent work ethic + a solid training system.
Increase their cut as they prove themselves.

Exactly as a chatter ... i see offers like 3% %5 ... $3 hr .. that is absurd
 
I once tried to apply as an OF chatter, but I've hesitated because some OF agency offers/requires a month of training that is not paid, and sometimes those agency paid low % or just scammers. I don't want to risk and waste that much time. Just an insight on what I have encountered. ☺️
 
Look, most employees these days are very unproductive, lazy, and not really interested in growing your business. This is a problem 100% of people face when trying to hire staff.


My ideal advice is to create a proper employee testing system. For example, my Reddit department has a 3–4 stage test before I even consider hiring someone. Also, in each department, I have a team leader who, in addition to me as the owner, keeps everyone under control.


One tip: try to load your employee with tasks as quickly as possible — this way you’ll see how motivated they are. If they can’t handle heavy workloads early on, you can easily replace them. Here, it’s more about quantity. I spend a significant amount on job ads, and even if I find just one good person after spending $200–300, they will earn me much more than that.

I recommend using actual chatter services rather than individuals if you care about performance and fills during downtime.
Chatters are humans they get sick or may bail but with proper service contract you can have some proper and compliant coverage.

I'd probably team up with an established agency on a rev-share basis.

Also recently saw a very interesting solution how to monetize the currently inactive OF followers (those that didn't buy anything custom yet).
