    Today i tried to install a domain on my BlueAngelHost account. No chance. My website after 10 hours is still Offline. The most and the most poorly Web Host Company EVER!!!! I do not recommend, i lost my money with them

    kindly open a support ticket and mention your website link when you notify on this thread so that we can fix it.

    I suggest you to open a support ticket for this or mention your website link so we can check the issue, I did not receive any notification or support ticket for any website being offline for 10 hours.
    how can we fix if you don't inform us.

    A good Hosting Company Should Have indeed 99.99% Uptime Servers not like you. You should change that 99.99% to 9%. Why should i send to you a ticket if after 2-3 days my website will be Offline again? I sent to you a lot of tickets in past and i thought that you solved all problems of your servers but these problems still persist. Me and all from here need a really 99.99% Uptime Hosting, we can't stay from hour to hour to check if our websites if Online or not. This is the key of success of a Good Hosting Company : To provide customers 99.99% Uptime!
    I worked with many Hosting Companies but you are by far the weakest !

    I completely understand you concern.
    one client was hosting some DDOS script on shared server which was eating up all server resources, that client is suspended now and problem is fixed.

    Do you have plan to avoid this in future? You can not expect your customers see their websites down for sometimes because of other client fault and wait until the problem is fixed. I know this is a normal problem for a shared hosting, but this just happens too much for a short time.

    If that happens often, I guess we can't believe your 99% uptime and will change to another service.

    i am now way much confused as i purchased this hosting plan without reading this negative feedback :(
    Now waiting for activation of my plan ( saw this first time ) since last 30 min.

    Almost 1 Hour gone and still my service not activated - bad service :(
    Also no response in ticket

    already replied to your ticket about 30 minute ago, and as per mentioned on our website that we manually approve and process every order because of many spam clients who try to host spam and phishing content. which has created big problem for us and for good clients in past.

    however your order is successfully activated and login details are sent to your email.

    Your VPS service is down from 4 Oct 2016 until now. Like whole month I have paid for nothing and I have already received the invoice for next month!!!

    My VPS is down from yesterday until now (more than 24 hours).
    I sent two tickets and I still didn't receive any answer.

    Ok, So i bought offshore dedicated server with this company and almost 2 months + has been passed away, no any downtime or any issue observed with them, they are running smooth for me, i can now strongly recommend them to my friends and other marketers. Also they are providing quick support via skype and tickets so it is best for me, i do not need to wait a lot of time for my queries. Thank you Blue Angel host.
