    Dear Clients,

    first of all sorry for the long downtime which you have to face because of hard ware failure from our end, There was broken SSD Drives on our server and repalcing them and moving your account data take very long time.

    However we have now upgraded our server with the Brand new Drives with the following configuration which will provide better performance then previous setup, it will also help us recover fast in future if this kind of incident happen again

    2x 480GB SSD Drives + 2x2TB SATA Drives setup in Raid 1

    everyday this setup will make 2 backups of every hosting account and SSD drives will ensure faster loading of your websites.

    Kindly update name servers of your every domain which is hosted with us


    ns1.shared-host.net ( 91.92.120.131 )
    ns2.shared-host.net ( 91.92.120.132 )

    Please also note that your new cPanel url is changed to the following address

    srvr.shared-host.net/cpanel
    OR
    91.92.120.131/cpanel

    OR you can use your own domain also once it is propogated on new Name servers.

    Is there anything presently in place to prevent that from happening again? Some form of redundancy perhaps? Thank you for being honest and sharing what happened. That sort of transparency helps breed confidence between buyers and sellers

    Server down almost six days is too much. The patience has a limit. After six day offline you start thinking about one thing: another hosting.

    as already mention in my update we setup hard ware RAID 1 .

    server is up since 48 hours and your own site is also online since 48 hours why you are making wrong comments on this thread

    yes every one know that server WAS down but as for now its not down. so instead talking about past you should talk about present.

    Considering your server history which is 3 times down in two months. And I've been your client for less than 2 months. All 3 down times was due to hardware failure and last two times server was down longer than two days witch is unacceptable. Hosting reputation is based on it's history and I have no idea what you talking about when you're saying
    Last Downtime was pain in the ass for me, I lost 6 days of earnings from my websites thanks to your Hosting.
    I canceled two of my premium accounts and i paid quarterly for each account.
    I hope I'll get refund at least for paid months that I haven't used. But so far you haven't answered my ticket about this and it's look like I'm going to get back nothing. So thanks for bad hosting, waste of money and time.

    My review is:
    WORST HOST EVER, RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM IT.

    Of course. I am using the shared hosting with a premium plan.

    I was in the same boat with you, we all were. I know it's difficult but in this kind of situations patience is key.

    we are sorry to see you leave us and we accept that there is big downtime from our side, but as I explained earlier this has happen because of hard ware failure and unfortunately we lost some of the client's website data also.
    However I already process the refund for you.

    recent downtime happen because of one client who has overloaded MySQL server we have removed that client from shared server and he already upgraded to VPS.

    Please Note: we are still working on new shared server, Trying to recover some client's backup and making optimizations as per different client's websites and for this reason sometime we require to reboot the server also, but this doesn't mean that we are offline again.

    Note2: it may take another 2 days maybe for the shared server to be fully optimized and stable, as we are still recovering.

    if any one wants refund for his service just open a ticket and we will refund them but I suggest to be patience for 2 more days and after that you wont face any trouble.

    He dont answer on support tickets but he do here, interesting.They got problems with VPS too for more then half day as i know, my vps is down. As soon as i paid for next month they got down, unbelievable coincidence. Why VPS is down. If you cant fix it in next few hours refund me too,

    Yes, my site running wordpress has some problems after IP changed. For example, I can't import post into wordpress blog because of this error: "The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2016/09". I hope it will be fixed after optimizing. Btw, please anwser my support ticket so I can make sure everything will be ok: #L089.

    Otherwise, I must to cancel this hosting plan and need refund.

    checking your WordPress site and will update you on ticket as soon as problem is fixed or if we require any more info from you.

    am not talking about 2 days of more downtime, I just said that we need some more time to optimize the server so that you can get faster website loading and stability.
