Their website says their servers are instantly setup.

Ordered one, paid over paypal, payment have not been confirmed. Seems like a problem with their WHMCS.

Opened a ticket some time ago and there is no response from them (Ticket #762760). they say is a 24h support but looks like is not true.

Starting to think ive made a bad choice ordering from offshore-servers.

Your ticket was opened for 3 hours, and it was replied.

24h support does not mean instant replies, all our support replies are answered on average under an hour, and even faster for escalated technical tickets.
Your ticket required manual payment verification as well which prolongs the process.

Also all packages are setup INSTANTLY after payment except dedicated servers and custom orders, the problem is not in WMCS, but PayPal has an issue with API registering recurring payments from your country so please keep this in mind for future payments.

Refund
Refund can be sent only if the service is not delivered, if the service is not delivered in 10 days time frame refund will be sent (for Hosting, VPS and RDP accounts). Dedicated Servers and Custom VPS orders are excluded from the time period depending on the complexity of the order.

Note : refund cannot be send for the service that billing period is started and service delivered. You can cancel any product 7 days until its due date. If the billing period is started refund cannot be processed.
