I wanted to talk to you as i have a plan on ordering a lot more + getting a VPS with cPanel and Softaculous and i'll need migration as well, but why you don't reply via inbox to me? I don't bite + i am a customer and have also referred many customers to you.

Placed a Order for Normal Shared Hosting.
I am having trouble signing up. It says my phone number is invalid no matter how many times I have tried.
Just tried to place an order but the only option is "PayPal subscribe" which requires me to have a card linked to my account. Seriously, who the fuck does that?
Very inconvenient as now I have to go searching for a VCC or something to link to my PayPal.

Disregard my previous reply in this thread, can just manually add funds to account and use that to pay for the bill. Genius me. xD

@virtualpurity just gotten myself a VPS and would need migration from shared plan that i have with you guys and setup as well... Wish things could be faster as today i was told by your staff they can upgrade my shared account, waited for update whole day to get an answer that it is not possible. Nevertheless, this is not a bad review and you still have grade A++ from me for your service. Just hit me up.
As i can see the support ticket you had opened today was answered in less than 4 minutes.
Can you tell me to which ticket you waited whole day to be answered so i can ask the support staff to look into that ?

Since you posted here i will answer your PM here.
Skype is used only for technical support, all sales questions are answered over email or direct ticket on our website as i can see that was mentioned to you on Skype.
So it is not the Skype support fault because you waited 10 hours to open a support ticket. As you can see the support responses are pretty fast and we have no complaints so far.
Anyway i hope the setup will go fast for you, and for fastest responses please use our ticket system since where you are assigned with a dedicated staff member, Skype support is limited.
Again it was not a negative review, it's me that needed things faster than usual and not your fault. My apologies if it sounded bad. I am actually really happy and amazed with the services offered and will order a lot more products.

Hello, i purchased an rdp today from your services and am trying to access it, but no luck, i tried the windows rdp software, Freerdp, and TightVNC no one worked, am i missing something, do i need a pre configuration to access, can you help me ?
There is Remote Desktop Connection available with every version of Windows ( assuming you are using Windows ) it looks something like this :
Just click Start on your windows - and type : Remote Desktop Connection - it should popup.
With that you can connect to your RDP

I did that but i get an error, the famous "CredSSP Encryption Oracle Remediation" Error, and i changed the value in group policies and in the regedit, still no luck, am sorry the problem is on my computer but it seems that i can't get to the solution yet.
