Say I completely rip a site, completely 100% rip, E.g. Google.com and rename in like Google.me and have exactly the same content, features and appearance etc, will any host allow this if it is reported to them?

If there are hosts that allow ripped sites can you recommend one please?

Also, does it matter about the domain registrant? Does the domain registrar also have to be off-shore?

even if your registrar is overseas icann will give the domain away.
but stealing a site and not the trademark you can do.
you might be able to get away with something like google.me and making it a site about googling yourself. since your site is about google i think that would be considered fair use.

I'm not actually going for Google, actually a much much much smaller site that probably only gets well under 1000 visitors every day and it only earns money from online advertisements.

Do you think there is any hosts that wouldn't mind?

I have an offshore/bulkmail company. Send me a PM.

We won't shut you down, but your registrar will if it's something like google.xx

In regards to our hosting, all complaints are ignored (for mailings as well).

if ur cloning small site then it is ok. there are many offshore hosting providers try them if you ask me then try Netherlands based hosting because they are cheap in bandwidth.
