First of all they came out openly said they allow replicas but after they found out I'm not incorporated they told me they can't help me. WTH? Do I need to form a company to get a working merchant account? Any one know any offshore merchant account that doesn't require you to be incorporated? Don't feel like giving out any more information than I have to.

You seriously cannot expect to be awarded merchant status unless you present
your business as a credible working model do you?

OP - Yes, you need to incorporate an offshore company in any of the offshore country like panama, cyprus, bhamas, british virgin island etc.

It will not cost you more than 200 - 300 USD to incorporate and get a LLC type license, once you will get it your merchant account provider will process your request otherwise due to their limitations they will not process your application.

If you are realy serious and you can see some good money in your business than go for an offshore company registration.

It will cost you like nothing to get incoporated... Depends on the state but it was $115 or something here and I think when I looked before in a previous state it was closer to $50 and I got nice LLC name; you should be able to do the application online and all. Then you can get an EIN too and not have to use your SSN.

If you can't afford that then it is probably a sign your business is not credible, hence the merchant account/payment processor doesn't want you.

I don't know just selling something illegal while having this incorporated company sounds really stupid to me, you want to give as less information about as possible.

Dude, you don't tell them "I sell illegal replicas". Its very vague like consulting/manufacturing/etc.

And you can use your same LLC for a number of businesses same with your EIN. Whatever though... I imagine you will run into the same problems when you try to get any other merchant account...

Its also better to have a business rather than your personal name with shady stuff, which you are obviously doing. See the definition of "LLC" or limited liability corporation. Caps what they can sue you for, etc.

I provide High Risk Merchant accounts, and just because its a offshore processor dosent mean that they won't do their "do diligents"! In fact they can sometimes be more obtrusive than regular processors.

It is possible to get an actual DBA on file and an EIN (TIN) and simply attach "LLC" at the end of your business name on forms for the merchant, if they are offshore they may not actually look much more into it. So, file a DBA that says "your name" DBA "Bobs Warehousing" but on forms the merchant processor provides, write your name as "Bobs Warehousing LLC"

Becoming incorporated will open you a lot of options in this kind business and I'm taking from personal experience.
