As well as alot of other offshore registrars. You must understand that everyone thats ICANN accredited will comply with ICANN rules, because they are ICANN regulated.
So if there is a trademark dispute through ICANN (1500 cost) you will most likely lose your domain, but not your account. Nothing the registrar can do unless they are not icann accredited. But its hard to really trust non accredited registrars. You must also understand that different top level domain names are regulated by different companies. .com, .net do not give up easily. .org and .info will go down faster.
For the most reasonably priced registrar, it would be internetbs. Marco the CEO also said that
