Hello, can anyone suggest reliable offshore domain registrator that won't respond to dmca(copyrighted content on site) mails ?
and that allow to transfer existing domains

also interested in this.. in the past I have used visa/mastercard giftcards from my local pharmacy and registered domains with anon info at moniker/internet.bs but would prefer a direct connect for bp domains

As well as alot of other offshore registrars. You must understand that everyone thats ICANN accredited will comply with ICANN rules, because they are ICANN regulated.

So if there is a trademark dispute through ICANN (1500 cost) you will most likely lose your domain, but not your account. Nothing the registrar can do unless they are not icann accredited. But its hard to really trust non accredited registrars. You must also understand that different top level domain names are regulated by different companies. .com, .net do not give up easily. .org and .info will go down faster.


For the most reasonably priced registrar, it would be internetbs. Marco the CEO also said that
"we are not disclosing your personal details unless we receive a court order from the Commonwealth of the Bahamas which is extremely unlikely to happen and it has actually never happened so far. Try to send a subpoena to an US based registrar supposedly offering "real" domain privacy and you will see how long it will last your private whois protection... do you need a chronometer?"

Looks like a good option. First for the price. Second for the privacy.
