I am planning to move one of my .com domain names which could cause me trouble in future.

I am aware that .com is under verisign management and that's under US control and if even my registrar be located on Mars, eventually they can seize the domain name, However, The process will be harder if the registrar be offshore.

Please introduce reputable ICANN accredited offshore domain registrars which are not very hard on copyright.

njal.la as wirestyle said. I highly recommend them, it was created by one of the founders of The Pirate Bay and they don't even ask for any information. Pay with Bitcoin and it's 100% anonymous.

Thats a terrible idea , according to them they are not a registrar

Code:
What separates Njalla from traditional domain name registration services?

We're not actually a domain name registration service, we're a customer to these. We sit in between the domain name registration service and you, acting as a privacy shield.

So by registering through them, You will add another opportunity to get your domain seized

So they can go after verisign or registrar or njal.la.... probably the easiest one is njal.la

an example: You register mydomain.kp through them (north korea extension :D), getting a court order in Swiss is easier or in North korea?
Using this service doesnt bring any benefit and its harmful too
