yes, just get a scan of someones overseas passport and photoshop it. then call a U.S bank and tell them your an overseas citizen that owns real-estate in the usa and need to collect rent. They'll ask you to fax in your passport and proof of ownership of U.S. real-estate.

just submit to them the photoshopped passport and also a forged quit-claim deed or grant deed (noone looks into verifying this stuff) voila you have a bank account.

and living completely tax free i might add. just keep all ownership titles in the name of this imaginary overseas person in case your audited

when the auditors question why you have 0 money and property (tell them you paid your taxes in the past. kidding ), tell them you operate an unincorporated church and get donations from street evangelism; praise pope daniel; most tax-exempt, holy.

Very very sketchy and illegal and false on so many different levels I don't even know where to start. Please don't come onto this forum and say things that absolutely aren't true, it's dangerous when you deal with this stuff. I don't want anyone to end up in jail.

If you still would like to go with a personal account, your choices are limited. Most offshore locations have data exchange treaties. This means under certain circumstances the bank will give out your info (if asked by your country, etc.). St. Vincent is one of the few who are not giving out info at all. But then how safe would you feel to keep your money there?
