Hello I am not a resident of Canada or even located therein but was wondering if anyone knew of a Canadian bank that I could open an account with? Thank you!

Canada has one of the most stable banking systems in the world, but it would require a physical visit to the bank in order to open an account. But there are places where you can open an account remotely without having to actually visit the bank.

Canada is stable and good, unless you're a US citizen. Then it's too transparent in case you want to keep a low profile. Zurich and Singapore are both far superior locations and not less stable.
