Offline marketing membership site Partnership

I've been working on a membership site that I want to market offline to newcomers in various newspapers, penny savers, magazines. Right now, it's about 50% complete.

-The Domain name has been chosen.

-The Theme is set. (One-Theme, Looks very good, perfect for membershit site)

- I've got about 100 Caffeinated Autoblog posts and comments. (Still manually editing them to add better images, make it look a bit more professional.) All Autoblog content will be free to all visitors.

- I Have a reseller hosting account with hostgator that has been branded to intertwine with the membership site.

-Paypal biz account that has been branded with the membership site's name.


So there's still a lot to do. I need to get the membership plug-in. And of course premium content. Ideally I'd like to do 'reviews' on some of the popular newbie proof methods such as AC submit, and e-whoring, and then go from there. I could do this all myself but the more I work on the the more I'm think about it, the more I can see the plus side in having one or two good partners that will put in some time with content creation, moderation, and advertising. But i want people who won't half ass the job by just copy pasting when it comes to content creation, or not participating in discussions when it comes to moderation and who will be willing to match the advertising dollars I put into this, and not just pretend like they are trying to gain new subscriptions.

There's lot of room to make money here. First off, I was thinking $10 per month for the membership, but charge them extra for hosting and domain names, plus if they don't have pay pal we can get referral cash there. Finally as 'Homework Assignments' We can have the newbies try and market our CPA offers, and if they do well, have them sign up under us sub-affiliates for various CPA networks. There's also the possibility of CS'ing and have them post auctions. Sorry to go off on a rant...

What Next?

If you're interested, post in this thread. I'll contact you guys and I'll pick a partner, we'll spit everything 50/50, and if the partner agrees we will select a 3rd partner.

UPDATES: Been hard at work on this.

What's done now:
0.Branding! I think I came up with a good logo. (Favicon needs work tho.)
1.Purchased the WP Wishlist Members, membership plug-in.
2.Continued to tweak the frame work. (Pages, Categories, Widgets Layout)
3.Continued to tweak the CC generated content (80% done.)
4.Collected an initial list of Keywords to be used as meta tags.
5.Began SEO by grouping keyword meta tags into relevant posts. (20% Done.)
6.Added a 'Success Story' section that is viewable by non members to help sell.
7.Fleshing out a game plan for membership levels and dripping content. (20% Done)

What Needs to be done/finished.

-Need to find someone to make a GOOD sales page. I could do this but I would like someone with more expertize in the area.
-Need to find a Graphic Artist to make up some nice ACTION inducing images to add to the sales page, again, I could do this but I'd like it to be a pro as possible.
-Payment Processor. Could go with paypal, or 1Shoping cart since it intergrates so well with WP MEMBER
-Continue to SEO and Edit the Current Batch of CC content. Basically just need to finish up the thumbs, Bold, italicize and quote keywords in the individual posts, finish adding the meta keywords to the rest of the posts.
-INITIAL MEMBERSHIP CONTENT
-More FREE CC content.
-Youtube video creation / marketing. There's a featured video section on the main page. I'd like to have a video about the site, to help sell the site.

So that's it for this update. I still want some partners that want to help generate content and market offline in your local area. You keep 100% of all membership dues you bring in. I'm sorry I haven't PM'd anyone, but it's been hectic. If anyone is really (and I mean REALLY) interested in a JV please hit me up on AIM:Stealthfiction and we can talk about it more, and you can demo what's going on so far.

Another Update:

-Tested out using paypal as a payment processor worked like a charm.
-Created all the membership levels and set up auto promotion over time, so that some content 'drips' to the members. Tested and working.

Next up, I'll be working on a sales page, which might take some time. Gah this sort of just turned into my own mini blog of things to do. This will be the last post in this blog. The frame work is complete. Steadily adding content now.

Since the last update:

Hired a BHW' member to do the sales page. It came out pretty good and is now up.
Hired someone to do a quick webcam testimonial, trimmed it down, not to bad.
Got all the bugs worked out with Wp wishlist member.
Done adding images, keywords, and descriptions to every post up to now.
Using post affiliate to add monetized links to free content.
Set up and tested the site as a subscription product on clickbank. All was well, I've since submitted it for approval!

So the site is done, I found a few good people to work with to get this far and I'm considering this thread closed. A new thread will be started that will actually give the name and details of the site! Thanks to everyone who has contacted me up until now.
