Offline Marketing Contract

A colleague of mine asked me to redesign and promote her husband company's website, they have asked me multiple questions, booked meetings with me, but never mentioned about their payment.

I think it is time I bring up the topic, and it is better to have a clear and mutual agreeable contract for my service.

Anybody has a sample of this type of contract? I tried google but not able to fine one.
