Offline leads

Anyone paid a salesman/telemarketer to get them off-line leads?

I am thinking of this on a 100% commission basis. But dont know of the pitfalls.

Anyone had any luck/experiences with this?

Well, I have never paid anyone to do it for me... But if you are wanting to test it out, tell the guy/kid that you want to work for you do go out and do whatever and tell them that they get paid so much per person that fills out your CPA offer or whatever. Cuz if you don't, they won't do shit but sit on their ass and watch TV.
