Im sorry to bring a Dead thread alive but its necessary for me to have an idea of the site I am considering to sell if I can get a good value. Here are the stats :

Traffic is about 225k/month (with over 1 Million page views/month) and is stable since last 10-11 months
total earning is Over $6k/month
Maintenance is just $350/month
Content and design is Unique

Also, the niche is Work at home jobs.

Hi Guys,
My website is "filescheats.info". My total revenue for this year has been $760. This is an autoblog that gets traffic organically, through twitter and through youtube. It gets around 200 uniques per day. It is being monetised by content gateway and CPA offers. There are no backlinks to it yet (not got round to it). Its in the soft porn niche (naked people). Although the domain name does not reflect that. The site has been up for a year now. How much to sell this for on flippa?
