Hi, me and a couple of friends of mine have spotted a very young and talented football player, going all the rage nowadays. He doesn't already have a personal website, he just writes something in his Facebook account, tagging friends and liking stuffs.
We'd like to build a personal website of him, for maybe being recognized by him and have a closer relationship, with a biography section, a gallery, a news section where the player would eventually write things himself, a forum where the fans could interact with each other and something else.
We could ask him out if he likes the idea, cause it's a friend of us in facebook.

Is there anything i should know in legal terms? Should i include the word "official" in either the domain name or logo?

Yeah how about are you a minor? if yes, look out for legal issues with Mom and Dad and the State ... if not, build a site and let him take a look at it for approval before you go and buy any type of domain name. If he goes for it then you can make any arrangement you want.

nope, we're all 20. Guess i'll work this way out, maybe i'll create the website on a free space, let him give a look and see what he thinks about it.
