Offers that ask for CC but dont cost customer

Does anyone know of any CPA offers where the customer has to submit their card details, but will not get charged anything?

doesn't exist bro. Put it like this. Whatever you get paid in commission the guy will be charged 5x as much on his credit card.

Snugcash does the whole 'free trial' shit..read it - after 1 day they charge you 1 month subscription and guess for how many services; ....1 + 2(affiliates/upsells) --- it's great, I still need to figure out who their billings are. They must be making a laugh and a half thing right now
They pay you 30 bucks per lead but make 90-100. After paying the payment processor and you they'll come out with 50 bucks cash (on average not considering the chargebacks) profit. It's great.
