Offers not converting in a gateway

I have a gateway set up with incentive offers..I'm getting decent clicks..Just no conversions

For some of the offers on the gateway, I basically tell them what they need to do to get me the lead and to get the thing they want but I still am not getting leads.

It IS set up correctly, the gateway and everything works.
 
Advertise on BHW
Try diferent offers, maybe you are using offers that are not converting well. It happens.
 
the offers suck, no one is filling them out or perhaps they're getting scrubbed
