Earnings Potential

We take pride in our business and customers, the same respect applies to anyone we partner with so we wont make any $x per day claim, what we can say without hesitation is that it can add up to serious money, we are located in one of the biggest cities in the world with a construction industry that is currently booming, between that and the large variety of the types of leads we look for there is no shortage of opportunity.

What we mean by "lead"

Any phone call or email (must include name, phone, email, job type, and zip code) which results in an appointment, our current rate of conversion for calls/emails to appointment is approx. 85% (not counting marketing calls)

Some marketing avenue ideas

- SEO
- PPC
- PPV
- YouTube
- FaceBook
- CraigsList

How we track results

We recommend using phone.com for purchasing local numbers (approx. $1/line), any phone number used in advertising must be set to show the number called (number advertised) and not the caller's number in order for us to register where the call is coming from, emails must have your ID (provided by us) in the title of the email.

The bottom line

We have a mutual interest in making one another successful, if we see that you have potential we will help you make sure it is maximized whether its by increasing the pay, investing money, or guidance and input.

I'm interested, what now?

Send a PM with your name, email, country (state if applicable), experience in marketing, and any other information you consider relevant. Please include your phone number if you would like to speak over the phone or Skype.

Price is low for an appointment. And how do we track how many you turn into appointments?

The payout is not carved in stone and will depend on both the quality and quantity of the leads, as for call/email to appointment conversion tracking, since this is done offline it is a combination of both looking at the call logs and emails as indianbill007 noted and mutual trust just as required in any partnership / affiliate program.

Your rates are far too low.

How about a standard 10% sales commission on each contract signed?

Roofing lead for $40, when a roof costs over 3k, at least where I live. That's insane. I give my affiliates commissions of 10%.

You're screwing this up big time. You're treating this like how you would do it offline. Offline-you tell your neighbor that you will give her a $50 finders fee if she brings work to you. Neighbor's mother needs a roof. Neighbor knows that mother got her roof from you, so there is no getting out of paying the finder's fee. When you offer this online, you need a tracking system in place that both you and the affiliate can follow. There is no "mutual trust required" in an affiliate program. Affiliate agrees to the terms and conditions, signs up, does his work, and tracks his payments. Business pays commissions or gets sued or shut down, depending on how aggressive the affiliate chooses to be. These people are not your partners. They're affiliates, and they make their living as such. They need to be treated with dignity and respect, and it is not respectful to tell them in so many words to just trust you.

To be fair that is not $3000 profit. This is my thing, if you want people who really can do this on spec, you have to pay them at least 10%. If it is not worth $10 to you to make $90, it sure isn't worth my time.
